We are currently offering free email support beyond six months but this may change without notice in the future. Send your questions via email to support@cg-inc.com. Generally you should include your model with the email so we can answer your questions or diagnose the problems more easily.

Our programs are so easy to use that you probably seldom need our technical support. You are strongly encouraged to read our program documentation first since many of your questions may have answers there already. We also provide you with Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on this site.
